PE shrink film is an industrial film product with high tensile strength, high elongation, good self-adhesiveness and high transparency. It can be used for hand-wound film or machine-wound film, and can be widely used in centralized packaging of various goods. The PE stretch film is mainly made of a mixture of several different grades of polyolefin resin. It has puncture resistance, high strength and high performance. It wraps the goods stacked on the pallet to make the package more stable and tidy. Strong waterproof effect, widely used in foreign trade, paper, hardware, plastics, chemicals, building materials, food and pharmaceutical industries.

The main component of the pe shrink film formulation is polyethylene, followed by silica, antistatic agents, pigments, UV inhibitors, and the like.

The shrink film is mainly a film with stress, and has certain applications in food, medicine, stationery and other packaging.

PE: PE heat shrinkable film has been tested as the main component of shrink film. Polyethylene is a compound made up of many ethylene monomers. It is non-toxic and tasteless and is widely used in food and pharmaceutical packaging plastics. It has stable performance, is not easy to age, is easy to degrade, and does not react with general oxidants.

The uniform addition of silica to the pe shrink film formulation can increase the compactness and smoothness of the shrink film, and on the other hand, it can enhance the toughness of the shrink film and change the tensile strength of the shrink film. Silica also has anti-ultraviolet effect, which can prevent the degradation of polyethylene by ultraviolet rays and delay the aging of shrink film.

PE heat shrink film inspection found that the main non-ionic antistatic agent is ethoxylated aliphatic alkylamine, which is an antistatic agent with a wide range of applications and can maintain antistatic effect for a long time. The non-ionic antistatic agent has the advantages of good dispersibility, convenient transportation and good processing performance.

The anti-UV agent in the Pe shrink film formulation is mainly capable of converting light energy into heat energy and avoiding degradation of the plastic under ultraviolet irradiation. Commonly used ultraviolet absorbers mainly include benzophenone and benzotriazole.
